For those who care, the weather forecast for tomorrow calls for wind and rain. We only need a couple of hours to sneak a pretty nice ride in. The temps are forecasted to be modest, but add the wind and it might be a deal breaker for some riders.

Our route is easily divided into two parts, about 12-13 miles each. Park at LaConner Marina (48.394336, -122.495997) then ride a loop to the west, come back through LaConner, then another loop to the east. Pick one or both. If conditions aren’t to your liking, bail 1/2 way through.

There is a relatively new root canal bothering me. I’d like to think I can get an appointment to see my dentist. If I get lucky, I might be able to do both the ride and dental deal. If I have to choose, I’ll go with the dental appointment, thank you. I can do the ride later.

If I am able to ride I’ll see you at 10. Otherwise, feel free to strike out on your own, this is a well established route with great places to eat after.

fingers crossed . . .
