To access the site, (1) Click on the "Rider Alert" button above, then click on any topic of interest. To read Ride notices, continue by (2) clicking on the top notice "SBC Member RIDER ALERT Quick Notice." To Post a notice, follow the previous steps, then (3) click on "Start New Thread" at the top left, and fill in the blanks.
