Bill & Phil's Excellent rides will be at a moderate pace averaging 13 - 15 mph for 25 to 35 miles. The starting point will vary and will be identified for each ride. Inclement weather will cancel the ride. This means temperatures below 42 degrees, rain or excessive wind. If the ride is cancelled, it will be shown as cancelled on the website approximately 1 hour before the scheduled start.
