Many thanks to Susanne Wilhelm for these steps on how to register for rides and events with Club Express:
Club Express has recently made some more changes in the software affecting the registration process. This has caused difficulty for some people signing up for rides, including myself. So here’s the new procedure:
- Make sure you are signed in before you select the event from the calendar.
- You will notice that the event page has totally changed.
- Look down to the bottom of the page. This is where you will indicate who is registering. Change the quantity on the “Everyone” category to the number 1. This will register you the member.
- You can also add other people in your membership here as well by increasing the number in the category.
- You can click either “register now” button at the bottom of the page or the one at the upper right.
- You will be taken to a page which will ask who is attending. Make sure the selections fit and click next at the bottom of the page.
- You will be taken to the page where releases are signed. From here the procedure hasn’t changed since the last notice. You will need to save your signature and you will need to click on the “complete registration” button at the end to finalize everything.
