SBC TUESDAY 10 A.M. MODERATE PACE RIDE -THE SPECIAL EVENT TO RIDE WITH LAEL WILCOX ON HER GUINESS RECORD BOOKS ROUND THE WORLD EVENT IS CANCELLED. WE WILL NOW RIDE A REGULAR CLUB RIDE FROM TO'DONNELLS FARMHOUSE RESTAURNAT.. SEE QUICK ALERT FOR RIDE ROUTE.

Lael arrived @ the Swinomish Casino at 11:30 PM after 170 miles. Ray Desy rode with her from Edison, and could barely keep up the pace. She rides 17-21 mph steady and any group of SBC riders would not be able to safely interact with her while riding. Our intent to ride with her pleased her and she welcomes riders, but they must be of a high caliber of rider for any "socializing" during her riding day.

Tuesday morning MODERATE PACE Rides will be about 30/35-ish miles with minimal hills. We’ll be riding a different route each week. Routes will be communicated in a RIDER ALERT email a few days before the ride, for downloading to your device/ smartphone.

Newer riders and all bikes are welcome. E-Bike riders can expect to ride at a pedal bike moderate pace of 14-17 mph. We will ride as a “social group” , but faster riders can form and ride ahead.

Rider bike skills and experience sufficient for safe riding on the road are requested and riders should have experience riding in a group. Potential new Club members are welcome.
