How does a ride past Beaver Lake, Clear Lake, Mud Lake then over and along the Skagit River sound?

We rode a different version of this earlier this year. If you still have that file loaded or the paper printed, toss ‘em. Update with these newer versions. The change is going south on Hwy 9 and left on Knapp Road. Doing this we avoid the skinny little bridge with zero shoulder. One rider can be fine on the bridge; a group of rider is not a pretty sight. We’ll leave it and follow the new route. Further along, we’ll be downstream on the top of the dike, which is easily pedaled gravel.
As always, let’s be careful, be visible, be polite. Let’s share the road, not hog it. Let’s all come home safe and sound.
Ride your own ride. Natural sorting of pace, stay on route and the least fast pod of people will act as sweep.

Tuesday rides are open to anyone with sufficient skill to ride safely on public roads. Both manual and e-bikes are welcome.
Sign up for this ride online. We are required to have a Waiver of Liability for each rider on our club rides. Signing up online will bring you to the Wavier of Liability form. Follow the prompts and presto, you’re legal and we don’t get haranguing letters from our insurance provider. Win win.
