AN SBC EVENT FOR MEMBERS
12th Annual ANACORTES OPEN STREETS
SUNDAY, AUGUST 30; 11 AM TO 3 PM

An event for adults & kids, family, friends, and pets. Join a host of locals in a fun-filled Sunday afternoon on the "no cars" streets of Old Town Anacortes. Visitors socialize, ride bikes, skateboard, walk, or any "non-motorized" means of enjoyment to stroll Old Town Commercial Ave with like-minded visitors to see interesting booths, music, and activities. Kids Bike Parade at 1:30 PM, followed by a 2 PM Pet Parade.

SBC will have a booth located at 5th and Commercial, and :
-PROMOTE THE SPRING CLASSIC AND NEW MEMBERS.
-KIDS BIKE DECORATING
-KIDS BIKE PARADE AT 1:30 PM

WANT TO VOLUNTEER AS AN SBC MEMBER
(Good….your needed and welcomed!)

- SBC Activities:
-Booth: Promote SBC and Spring Classic and had out swag.
-2 members for each 1 hr shift: 11 AM to Noon; Noon to 1 PM; 1 PM to 3 PM
-Kids Bike Decorating: 4 people for (2) 1-hour shifts: 11:30 AM & 12:30 PM…A VERY FUN ACTIVITY WITH KIDS!!
-Kids Bike Parade- 2 Peole for 1 hour- Hand out parade goodies and ride/walk as a “sweep”. ( 4 block parade)
-Set-up &/or take down- 30 Minutes @ 10 AM and 3:30 PM

No experience necessary….just the desire to have fun, enjoy the day with other SBC members and visitors.
