What to Bring & Be Prepared For:
A
working bicycle
that you are familiar with.
There will be a pre-ride mechanic on site for pre-ride emergencies but don’t plan on this.
Cash or Check
if you are registering on the "day of" the event. We can process credit cards but it may be a slow process, so cash or checks are preferred.
Bring everything that you would need to do a 25-mile unsupported ride.
Our volunteer SAGs are here to help in emergencies but we cannot hand out spare tubes to everyone who gets a flat tire.
You can resupply water/ Gatorade and food at the
rest stops
;
however, if you do the 64- or 100-mile ride, be sure to bring extra water since the rest stops close at 4:00 pm and you may need more on a hot day
.
If you have driven from Montana and forgot a helmet or cleats you are out of luck. Sorry. The
local bike shops
will be happy to assist.
If it rains you will get wet. Plan accordingly.
SAGs will not be driving people back to their cars if it starts to rain, snow, or is excessively sunny.
SAGs will provide transportation in case of emergencies.
• ANSI OR SNELL HELMET IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS RIDE
