Enjoy a day of cycling on Lopez Island on Wednesday, Sept. 14. We are taking the ferry scheduled to leave at 9:40 am from Anacortes. This is not a guided tour, but I will provide some maps and you are welcome to tag along with us or just do your own thing. We hope to ride to the south end of the island and picnic at Agate Beach Park. Bring your own lunch, or you may be able pick up some food at the South End Market near there. We usually ride about 35 miles and may stop and do a short hike to Shark Reef Park along with a visit to the village of Lopez for an ice cream before heading back to the ferry. Return ferry times are 4:15 or 6:20 pm.
